Returns
We have a strict no refund or returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for an exchange of the product. Our exchange policy is only valid for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase or arrival of product, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. If we receive your product and notice it has been opened, or with incorrect packaging, we have the right to deny the exchange. We do not offer exchanges for 'change of mind' or on products such as Under caps or Hair Accessories due to hygiene and health reasons.
Store Credits
At RH Hijabs Co, we value our customers and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with our store credit policy. Here are the key details regarding store credits:
Eligibility and Expiry
- Eligible customers will receive store credits applied to their profiles.
- These store credits must be utilized within 12 months from the date of allocation.
Automatic Application
- Store credits will be automatically applied at the checkout during the customer's next purchase on our website.
Non-Redeemable for Cash
- Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
Usage Restrictions
- Store credits can only be used for purchases on the RH Hijabs Co website.
- They can be applied solely through the email address assigned to the customer's profile.
Email Address Specificity
- Store credits are tied to the email address used for the original order.
- They cannot be applied or redeemed through any other email addresses or profiles.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of Confirmed Orders: Orders can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of confirmation. A cancellation fee of $10 will apply after 24 hours. Once your refund has been completed, allow 3-5 business days to process the refund into your original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 7-10 business days please contact your bank as it may be withheld.
If your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, we cannot complete a return or refund. You will need to wait for your items to be received and then complete the return form.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER
At our company, we understand that our customers who order online may be aware that the colours displayed on a monitor may differ slightly from the actual hijab they receive. Replicating the exact colour of a hijab as seen on a phone or computer is practically impossible for us. It is common for there to be a slight variation in the shade selected by the customer, as these garments can reflect different shades of colour depending on lighting. Please note that the colours shown on our website may vary from the actual colours of the hijab in person due to factors such as photography, screens, resolution, and colour tones.

COVID-19
Due to the unforeseen being common these days, exchanges may be seized at any given time. Each product is packed with its original sealed package to ensure safety and well-being of our customers. If you believe you have received the wrong product please do not open the package and contact us immediately. We must take precautions to ensure the safety of our company and our customers and therefore this important measure had to take place. For further information please email us on info@rhhijabsco.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@rhhijabsco.com or alternatively click here and complete the return form. We will reply to you with instructions on where to return the product for inspection.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for an exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she will find out about your return.
Shipping
Please fill out the returns form and wait until your return request is approved before shipping out your return items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and/or exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
